Fast rising Indian producer Sartek is at it once again, dropping another huge club bomb for Gregori Klosman’s Guru. The imprint has been a staunch admirer of the New Delhi native during the early stages of his career and it’s already not hard to see why. Every time this man gets behind the mixing desk the fires are fuelled and a jet-­pack explosion of modern house music powers through the speakers. Like his last effort on Guru, “Dopamine” Sartek finds the perfect balance between the intense and the melodic with “Back to the Future.” After floating, jangling piano keys and emotive synths initiate the track in almost laidback surroundings, all of a sudden ferocious basslines and kicking drums jolt in and attack the central nervous system. But before it hammers you into submission, the track breaks down and then opens up into airy melodies and what turns out to be, a false sense of calm. Before you know it, the throttle is pulled and we are right back into full swing. Devastating stuff!
